CITE CHECKER

CITE CHECKER

Cite Checker is a feature that provides three types of information for a given section of the United States Code:

  • The section's catchline (heading) and source credit (Revised Statutes, public laws, and/or other documents, such as executive orders or reorganization plans, that have been classified to the current version of the section).
  • Any editorial notes relevant to the codification of the section in the Code.
  • Information about public law provisions that have been classified to the section or a note under the section but are not yet reflected in the Code.
