L. 105–153, §2(b), Dec. 17, 1997, 111 Stat. 2689, which provided that, except as provided in section 7(b) thereof, Pub. L. 92–463 would become effective upon the expiration of ninety days following Oct. 6, 1972, was omitted in light of the repeal of sections 2 to 15 of Pub. L. 92–463 and restatement of those provisions in chapter 10 of this title.
