Sections, act Aug. 4, 1949, ch. 393, 63 Stat. 537 , related to disposition of the remains of deceased Coast Guard personnel, escorts to the place of burial for the bodies of such deceased personnel, and the issue of the national flag to be used for draping the coffin of any such deceased member.
