§667d. Reports to Congress

A statement of the acreage and value of such property as may have been transferred pursuant to sections 667b to 667d of this title during the preceding fiscal year shall be annually prepared by the Administrator of General Services.

Amendments

1995-Pub. L. 104–66 struck out before period at end "and shall be included in the annual budget transmitted to the Congress".

Transfer of Functions

Functions, records, property, etc., of War Assets Administration transferred to General Services Administration, functions of War Assets Administrator transferred to Administrator of General Services, and War Assets Administration and office of War Assets Administrator abolished by section 105 of act June 30, 1949. Transfer of functions effective July 1, 1949, see Effective Date note set out under section 471 of Title 40, Public Buildings, Property, and Works.
