Pub. L. 106–65, div. A, title V, §578(k)(4), Oct. 5, 1999, 113 Stat. 631 , which directed amendment of the table of sections at the beginning of chapter 4 of this title by adding item 435 "Funeral honors duty: allowance", was executed by adding that item 435 to the table of sections of this chapter to reflect the probable intent of Congress.
