Section 12672, Pub. L. 101–610, title IV, §402, Nov. 16, 1990, 104 Stat. 3183 , which set forth the model Good Samaritan Food Donation Act, was renumbered section 22 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 by Pub. L. 104–210, §1(b), Oct. 1, 1996, 110 Stat. 3012 , and is classified to section 1791 of this title.
