§13744. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part-

(1) $1,500,000 for fiscal year 1995;

(2) $14,700,000 for fiscal year 1996;

(3) $18,000,000 for fiscal year 1997;

(4) $18,000,000 for fiscal year 1998;

(5) $18,900,000 for fiscal year 1999; and

(6) $18,900,000 for fiscal year 2000.
