§13757. Administrative provisions

The administrative provisions of part H of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 [42 U.S.C. 3781 et seq.], shall apply to the Attorney General for purposes of carrying out this part.

The Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, referred to in text, is Pub. L. 90–351, June 19, 1968, 82 Stat. 197 , as amended. The reference to part H of the Act probably means part H of title I of the Act which is classified principally to subchapter VIII (§3781 et seq.) of chapter 46 of this title.
