§6681. Establishment

The Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy shall establish within that office 1 a National Critical Technologies Panel (hereinafter in this subchapter referred to as the "panel"). The panel shall prepare the biennial national critical technologies report required by section 6683 of this title.
