§220101. Organization

(a)  Federal Charter.⁠—United Service Organizations, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), is a federally chartered corporation.

(b)  Perpetual Existence.⁠—Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
