§153501. Organization

(a)  Federal Charter.⁠—National Tropical Botanical Garden (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b)  Perpetual Existence.⁠—Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
