§13709. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part-

(1) $175,000,000 for fiscal year 1995;

(2) $750,000,000 for fiscal year 1996;

(3) $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 1997;

(4) $1,900,000,000 for fiscal year 1998;

(5) $2,000,000,000 for fiscal year 1999; and

(6) $2,070,000,000 for fiscal year 2000.
