Amendments

1994- Pub. L. 103–337, div. A, title XVI, §1671(b)(5), Oct. 5, 1994, 108 Stat. 3013 , struck out item 644 "Authority to suspend officer personnel laws". Section 1691(b)(1) of Pub. L. 103–337 provided that the repeal of section 644 is effective Oct. 1, 1996.
