Air Force Nurse or Medical Specialist on Day Before Repeal of Section

Section 1301(d)(2)(C) of Pub. L. 99–145 provided that: "The repeal made by subparagraph (A) [repealing this section] shall not apply in the case of an Air Force nurse or medical specialist described in section 8963 of title 10, United States Code, as such section was in effect on the day before the date of the enactment of this Act [Nov. 8, 1985]."
