§60e–1d. Withholding of charitable contributions; definitions
For purposes of section 60e–1c of this title-
(1) the term "charitable organizations" means national voluntary health and welfare agencies designated by the Director of the Office of Personnel Management pursuant to Executive Order 10927, dated March 19, 1961;
(2) the term "Clerk" means the Clerk of the House of Representatives;
(3) the term "employee" means any employee of the House of Representatives whose compensation is disbursed by the Clerk.
