§3217. Annual report to Congress

The Secretary shall make a comprehensive and detailed annual report to the Congress of his operations under this chapter for each fiscal year beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 1966. Such report shall be printed and shall be transmitted to the Congress not later than April 1 of the year following the fiscal year with respect to which such report is made.

Amendments

1976-Pub. L. 94–273 substituted "April 1" for "January 3".
