§3219. Authorization of appropriations

There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out those provisions of the 1 chapter for which specific authority for appropriations is not otherwise provided in this chapter except that there are hereby authorized to be appropriated to carry out those provisions of the 1 chapter for which specific authority for appropriations is not otherwise provided in this chapter not to exceed $25,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1982. Appropriations authorized under this chapter shall remain available until expended unless otherwise provided by appropriations Acts.

Amendments
