§6371f. Authorization of appropriations

For the purpose of carrying out this part, there are authorized to be appropriated not to exceed $40,000,000 for fiscal year 1991, $50,000,000 for fiscal year 1992, and $60,000,000 for fiscal year 1993.

Amendments

1990-Pub. L. 101–440 amended section generally, substituting provisions authorizing appropriations for fiscal years 1991 through 1993 for provisions authorizing appropriations for fiscal years ending Sept. 30, 1978, Sept. 30, 1979, and Sept. 30, 1980.
