§6733. Reports to Congress by Secretary; contents

The Secretary shall report to the Congress as soon as is practical after the end of each calendar quarter during which payments are made under the provisions of this subchapter. Such report shall include information on the amounts paid to each State and units of local government and a description of any action which the Secretary has taken under the provisions of section 6732 of this title during the previous calendar quarter. The Secretary shall report to Congress as soon as is practical after the end of each calendar year during which payments are made under the provisions of this subchapter. Such reports shall include detailed information on the amounts paid to State and units of local government under the provisions of this subchapter, any actions with 1 which the Secretary has taken under the provisions of section 6732 of this title, and an evaluation of the purposes to which amounts paid under this subchapter were put by State and units of local government and economic impact of such expenditures during the previous calendar year.
