§5664. Regulations

Not later than 180 days after November 28, 1990, the Secretary shall issue regulations implementing the provisions of this chapter, including specific regulations pertaining to program compliance requirements under sections 5661 and 5662 of this title.

Amendments

1991-Pub. L. 102 237 substituted "November 28, 1990" for "the date of enactment of this Act".
