§1791b. Amount of incentive bonus
The amount of the incentive bonus paid to each State shall be the sum of-
(1) an amount equal to the total of the amounts of child support paid by each individual eligible under section 1791e(1) of this title within the State, for up to 2 years after the termination of the individual from activities provided under this chapter; and
(2) an amount equal to the total reduction in the Federal contribution to the amounts received under title XVI of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1381 et seq.) by each individual eligible under section 1791e(2) of this title within the State, for up to 2 years after the termination of the individual from activities provided under this chapter.
