A, title X, §1073(a)(31), Nov. 18, 1997, 111 Stat. 1902 , related to treatment of a Department of Defense violation of veterans' preference requirements as a prohibited personnel practice.

Savings Provision

Section 6 of Pub. L. 105–339, repealing this section, to be treated as if it had never been enacted for purposes of any personnel action preceding Oct. 31, 1998, see section 6(d) of Pub. L. 105–339, set out as a note under section 2302 of Title 5, Government Organization and Employees.
