§2031. Seaplanes (Rule 31)

Where it is impracticable for a seaplane to exhibit lights and shapes of the characteristics or in the positions prescribed in the Rules of this Part she shall exhibit lights and shapes as closely similar in characteristics and position as is possible.

Repeal of Section

Pub. L. 108–293, title III, §303(a), (c), Aug. 9, 2004, 118 Stat. 1042 , provided that this section is repealed effective on the effective date of final regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Department in which the Coast Guard is operating under section 2071 of this title.
