Transfer of Balance

Pub. L. 108–7, div. K, title I, §113(a)(1), Feb. 20, 2003, 117 Stat. 482 , provided that: "Section 1729B of title 38, United States Code, is repealed. Any balance as of the date of the enactment of this Act [Feb. 20, 2003] in the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Services Improvement Fund established under such section shall be transferred to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Care Collections Fund established under section 1729A of title 38, United States Code."
