§2352. Regulations

The Secretary shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this part.

Renumbering of Section

Prior Provisions

A prior section 260 of Pub. L. 93–618 was temporarily renumbered section 258 and is classified to section 2350 of this title.

Termination Date

Except as otherwise provided, technical assistance and grants may not be provided under this section after Feb. 12, 2011, see section 285 of Pub. L. 93–618, set out as a note preceding section 2271 of this title.
