Section, Aug. 19, 1950, ch. 761, §4, 64 Stat. 466 , which related to rules and regulations necessary to carry out benefit provisions, was transferred to former section 2534(b) of Title 14, Coast Guard. Pub. L. 117–263, div. K, title CXVIII, §11808(a)(18), Dec. 23, 2022, 136 Stat. 4166 , repealed section 2534 of Title 14.
