Short Title of 1991 Amendment

Pub. Short Title of 1988 Amendments

Pub. L. 100–628, title VII, §711, Nov. 7, 1988, 102 Stat. 3248, provided that: "This subtitle [subtitle B (§§711–714) of title VII of Pub. Pub.
